UI-GRID version 3.0.6 doesn't right calculate height of ui-grid-viewport for IE10+

So because of it's wrong calculation in IE not visible border-bottom of ui-grid.

I'm testing with version 2.1.0 in IE11 and I do have a bottom border on my table. Maybe just an IE10 problem?

I believe there is an issue with the autoAdjustHeight method and 1 px extra padding ui-grid-canvas style.

In body.less:
padding-top:1px; //to prevent canvas from absorbing the 1st rendered row's margin

Is this still needed?

The autoAdjustHeight is missing an additional 2px from headerHeight and 1px from contentHeight as far as I can tell.
