Angular, no doubt already is a framework with great capacity of translation for other cultures.
Although English is a universal language, it would be very important to take the angle up one level. Today, when I accessed some competing platforms, even without the angular reputation, it already has support for Portuguese, Chinese, Spanish, and French.
I do not know if the angular design grid has a current design in this sense. But, it would be very practical to have this feature, because it is not a very difficult technique to be applied without losing the footprint of the current platform.

This is something that we want to do, however the current Angular i18n features are still evolving. Once Ivy is ready for production, I expect that it will be a lot more practical to support multiple languages for our docs.
Already there are translations for the main Angular docs in Chinese and Japanese. Some work has been done for Spanish, but it hasn't reached a point where it can be published yet.
