Add support for passing multiple fields in defaultValue function calls

Currently, functions accept one other field value on input (initial design, no reason for constraint other than minimal IOC), for example: &CFM13_SightingsCount(prior_offenses). Add support in field_order Link. Value calculation would be handled on a case-by-case basis in the Execute() function.
