[FEATURE]: Ollama - Multiple Ollama Cloud Models are missing

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Multiple Ollama Cloud Models are missing (e.g. GLM-4.7, rnj-1, etc.).
Instead of a static list, OpenCode could just retrieve the available models by using the (local) API (or a similar logic to ollama ls | grep cloud).
