user visble error message that cant be clean

so i interupted the model and got this and there isnt a good way to get rid of it but i dont wana loose the session

so i closed that session and thus i cant really replicate the bug.
the steps i did right before was escape canceling the run of open-ai 5.2 codex.
i have no other configs available and i believe i was auto updated to the newest version

kinda wish there was more I could give you but there isnt really any extra info I have on why it did what it did.
my OS is ubuntu TLS and i am on x11 with rtx4090 and intel CPU if that matters to anything.
