If i define custom skips-tags, default molecule skip-tags are not added

With this options, skip-tags only have my tag and not also the molecule-notest tag, or the molecule-idempotence-notest on idempotence step..... Il would really like to have my skpi tag with the molecule-idempotence-notest tag added during idempotence step... This is bug or it is normal behavior and so could be an enhancement ?

Regarding the code, this seems normal that my skip-tags override the default skip tags (only dictionaries are merged).
But this beheviours is not commented.
What we want ? That custom skip-tags replace the default one or are added to default one ?
Me i would like the second case... Actually (replace mode), as it is impossible to define custom tag for idempotence only, if i defined custom tag, i have no way to jump task for idempotence test.

So 2 possibilities.

• We say that, yes teh actual behaviour "custom tag" replace "default tag" is normal. So maybe we could add a specific option for tag on idempotence step ?
• We say that, no tha actuel behaviour is a bug. So we implement the "add custom tag" to "default".

In all the case in can help with a MR.
