Drop ansible-compat

You may notice there are many issues related to ansible-compat.

ansible-compat is great and provides lots of function/feature, but for molecule, it just uses a few of them.

It is inconvenient to debug the issues between two repos.

I wonder if we can drop ansible-compat. If yes, I am glad to implement it.

Do you have any concerns?
