Create devcontainer feature for Claude Code

I love that the Claude Code provides a devcontainer reference implementation to bring awareness to running AI coding agents in an isolated environment.

Unfortunately, the reference implementation does not make including Claude Code into an existing project easy. Devcontainers have features (https://containers.dev/implementors/features/) which can easily incorporate tools like Claude Code into existing devcontainers setups.

Would y'all be open to implementing a devcontainer feature for Claude instead of the reference impelmentation?
