Proxy different backend services based on some conditions ？

This is nginx config：

            proxy_redirect off;

            proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;

            proxy_pass http://openapi/;

            if ($request_uri ~* "appkey=F9IxE08TMEa77Whes5sAlN9A6V7ewYHe") {
            proxy_pass http://10.228.64.150:10481;
            }         
}

if request_uri has string like ‘appkey=F9IxE08TMEa77Whes5sAlN9A6V7ewYHe’，I will proxy it to 10.228.64.150:10481。
now，how to do it by apisix？please give me some idears?,thinks a lot.
