SUMMARY

As a user I add a template and forget to mark it as public. I then want to make it public.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
register a template and do not mark it as public.
EXPECTED RESULTS
I can edit the template marking it as public.
ACTUAL RESULTS
There is no way to make the template public.

You are right @FelipeM525 , I was looking for it under the edit option. I think this sharing button is a bit misleading as it suggests apping/DMing or mailing something, but it is there! (I will not pretend UX design is my forté)
