You can do this by modifying the /web-app/package.json file
change

"start": "ng serve --proxy-config proxy.conf.json"

To:

"start": "ng serve --port {yourPortNumber} --proxy-config proxy.conf.json"

Then, simply run : yarn start

Yes, I have replaced it by "start": "ng serve --port xxxx --proxy-config proxy.conf.json"
But, when I do "ng serve --open" in web-app directory it still open localhost:4200,, and when I do "yarn start" in web-app directory then it gives error ''missing bootstarp".

Have you tried running yarn install first before yarn start?

Frontend start

Need Node Yarn Environment, Make sure Node.js >= 18

Cd to the web-app directory: cd web-app

Install yarn if not existed npm install -g yarn

Install Dependencies: yarn install or yarn install --registry=https://registry.npmmirror.com in web-app

After the local backend is started, start the local frontend in the web-app directory: yarn start

Browser access to localhost:4200 to start, default account/password is admin/hertzbeat
