I'm not sure what the timeline for 0.9.1 is like, and I understand these aren't regressions introduced by 0.9.0, but these bug fixes cherry-pick cleanly into 0.9.0 (testing them on 0.9.0-based branch for Comet):

• fix: incorrect Parquet INT96 timestamp values from ArrowReader #2301
• fix: build_fallback_field_id_map produces incorrect column indices for schemas with nested types #2307

I don't want to rush reviewers though, so if folks want to take more time with those and the 0.9.1 release needs to happen sooner, I don't consider these PRs blockers. Thank you for driving this release!
