Pagination of logs is not working for banyandb:0.9.0 and oap-server:10.3.0

Possible issue

1. The backend is not following the query condition from GraphQL
2. UI is applying query parameters correctly. It should query by 21 records and show the first 20, then if the 21st record exists, show next page paging.
