Downloaded status needs (x of X) #77
Description
When downloading the images for a datacycle currently the header turns green once a single file has been downloaded even though there are multiple files per folder to download.
Suggestion is to have the header show how many potential file downloads there are and how many have been downloaded. For example, under sectional there are 9 potential files to be downloaded, I download 3 of them, have the header say "Sectional (3 of 9)" and only turn green if all the files downloaded are current and all the selected files have been downloaded.
