DOWNLOAD IS GIVING WRONG VERSION. 1.6.4 DOWNLOAD GIVES 1.6.3 VER INSTEAD

Describe the bug
Unexpected error when trying to do any command. I sent all of it to AI and it gave the same error as 1.6.3
There is no difference between 1.6.4 and 1.6.3???

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be on paper 1.21.11
2. Install 1.6.4 (latest) after buying it.
3. Put it in the server and try to do any command

I UPDATED IT TO 1.6.4 BUT WHEN I DO /GP IT SAYS ITS RUNNING 1.6.3... FIX THE DOWNLOAD PLS
