Insufficient documentation for Arduino Education kits

Educators do not have a clue as to where to register their kit's. They paid thousands of dollars for these kits and have instructions to register thier kit, yet a link is not found, nor is their anywhere inside their account area to allow this functionality. Where are the webinars and other info that is included? Arduino, if you want people to learn technology, teach the teachers first, by making you site easier for them.

Could you specify which Kit are you referring to? Is it the Engineering kit or CTC kit?

The Kit is the CTC101 kit purchased from the shop. The instructions for the kit are really vague, with no direct URL to register the kit or to get the resources. She has been talking with support, but they responded with a form that had one input for a UUID code, and upon submittall, it told her the kit code was already in use or the code is not good. Can the wording for the UUID being used not refer to it as "the code"? Have you tried searching for the word code on the site? It directs to the forums discussing code. So either better support, or better information on the site, or both.

I am having the exact same problem. This thread is several months old, so it seems odd to me that this is still a problem. But considering I had so much trouble just ordering the kits in the first place, and there is no way to actually speak in real time with someone at Arduino, I guess I should not be surprised.

Please follow the instruction under toolbox lid.
You need to go to https://create.arduino.cc/ctc/reg/ , log in and enter the registration code. After this point on, please complete the information to get access to the platform.
