Feature Request: reset timers to default

When using a multiplicity of libraries, like e.g. Servo and Tone, some of the timers get blocked, what stalls the PWM in some of the pins.

I would hereby suggest adding a function to the API to reset the timers to the default values. This would be great to make sure functions return to their default values after using those libraries.

The function could be called e.g. resetTimers() or similar
