Feature: "Submit Selected Write Nodes to Deadline" should use panel settings?

• Currently "Submit Selected Write Nodes to Deadline" hard codes the following:
  • render_settings_from_metadata = True
  • render_order_dependencies = True
• and retrieves the remaining settings from the config

"Submit Selected Write Nodes to Deadline" menu option could fetch the settings from the panel if a nk2dl settings are present in the nukescript's root node.

If Nuke allows it, hold down a modifier key (alt?) whilst selecting the menu to use the default behaviour.
