Minor UI inconsistency: "charset=Ascii" prefix displayed in User Comment tag

I encountered a very minor inconsistency regarding the User Comment EXIF tag.
When this tag is populated, the displayed output includes the string "charset=Ascii" as a prefix before the actual content of the comment.
