Move the script to generate the default Asciidoctor stylesheet to core and archive this repository. Also shut down themes.asciidoctor.org. It's better if the community provides alternate themes (such as https://github.com/darshandsoni/asciidoctor-skins) so we can focus on the processor and extensions.

Since there are likely many inbound links to themes.asciidoctor.org, we should redirect it somewhere else. Ideally, we can redirect it to a page in the docs that talks about applying a custom stylesheet, such as https://docs.asciidoctor.org/asciidoctor/latest/html-backend/default-stylesheet/#are-there-different-themes

As of Asciidoctor 2.0.16, this is now complete.

The readme should be changed to say deprecated in large text on top. I can do the change if yo will merge it.

Yep, I'll remove an merged it.

I'd like to be able to use the archive feature on GitHub. But that prevents being able to do anything else with the repository or issues, and there are still matters to address. For example, it turns off the the GitHub Pages site, which hasn't yet been dealt with.
