"Support newer game version" #145

Hello, long time EXVS player here that has no experience with code.
Do the new additions mean we will be getting card server support for OB now that IB has launched in arcades? I am able to play XB & OBv25 through this project, the only issue being the inability to connect to my configured card on OB.
Is there a way for me to test these new additions without coding knowledge? I tried dropping the new config file in, but it simply causes the Client to be unable to connect to the LM despite the same network settings.
