Integrate Changesets to the Release Workflow

Currently we have to manually trigger github actions in order to trigger a release, we can automate that by using changesets.

Describe the improvement

Integrating Changesets will:

• Automate the versioning and changelog generation process.
• Automatically trigger GitHub Actions for publishing releases when changes are merged into the main branch.
• Ensure better visibility into what changes are included in each release.
