What's the point of this issue?

From our current yarp-devices-install.md:

git clone git://git.drogon.net/wiringPi
cd wiringPi
./build # May require sudo

We clone, compile and install wiringPi. This is only used on Raspi. Given that there seems to be a Raspi/Debian package, the intention of this issue is to use the package rather than having to clone+compile+install.
