get error with v2 login

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
when after credential aws, use ecr login to push image to ecr, get the error
getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND api.ecr-public.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com

why resolver the domain api.ecr-public.ap-southeast-1.amazonaws.com, i checked aws ecr,the public domain address is public.ecr.aws

ECR Public can only be logged into from the us-east-1 region.
