Add BedRock Agent.MemoryConfiguration.StorageDays to BadDefaultsAssignment (#594)

Description of changes:
- Update BadDefaultsAssignment map to include AmazonBedrockAgentBuildTimeLambda.StorageDays to fix missing pointer operations
