In the testing deployment phase, the guide tells you to set as hostname "127.0.0.1 " in mySQL-WorkBench.

Why would you connect to the localhost?

This looks like a documentation improvement. Note step (4) here:

This sets up an SSH tunnel via terminal. After that tunnel has been established, you can then connect via the tunnel by connecting to localhost. The funny thing is that this is unnecessarily complex since MySQL Workbench can create and maintain the tunnel for you. To do that, choose "Standard TCP/IP over SSH" as the Connection Method in Workbench.
