Static IP addresses are required for certain load testing scenarios. The current AWS Fargate architecture assigns dynamic IP addresses to containers, which may present compatibility issues with applications or systems that require IP whitelisting or have IP-based access controls.
Use of multiple NAT Gateways is not a viable solution, cost wise. Alternative workaround could be an NLB or multiple EC2 instances running proxies

Ability to use specific (multiple) EIPs so that could whitelist them.
