Unable to perform a purchase for DynamoDB Reserved Capacity via SDK

Hi my team and I would like the ability to be able to do the following via the SDK:

• describe reserved capacity offerings for DynamoDB
• purchase reserved capacity offerings for DynamoDB

We currently can perform these actions for elasticache, redshift and opensearch.

After looking through the documentation and stumbling across aws-sdk/issues/385 It looks like the DynamoDB team had this issue in their backlog for further review and prioritization.

Is it still the case that this functionality is being worked on and can I expect it in a future release?

Hi @rdforte there's no updates from DynamoDB about the status of this feature.
