Renaming IniateAuthCommand

Describe the issue

Suggestion to change InitiateAuthCommand to something like SignInCommand or LogInCommand as it more easy to figure it out.
It took our team a hour to figure our right command to signin using cognito,rest all API are pretty straight forward.

AWS JS SDK's command name comes from service API's function name, please see Amazon Cognito service API reference

However, I would like to keep this issue open to see if there's more people having this request.
