"Explain" mode

Mode where user can select some text in the plan to get more background information. Often, agent uses abbreviations for tech or jargon that can be new to the reader. Such a mode would help in reducing cognitive debt.

(What i generally do is look it up in google or in a separate session, but it's not very convenient nor benefits from context.)
