App image download?.... .deb file, for download ? Linux Mint 64 bit

Where are the downloads for the above

Linux Mint 22.1, Cinnamon, 64 bit

Install .deb file using apt

sudo apt install ./balena-etcher_amd64.deb ...returns an error:
E: Unsupported file ./balena-etcher_amd64.deb given on commandline

Went to #4408
started with
`brian@brian-desktop:~/Desktop$ sudo apt install ./balena-etcher_1.19.25_amd64.deb'

ended with Setting up balena-etcher (1.19.25) ... chmod: cannot access '/opt/balenaEtcher/chrome-sandbox': No such file or directo ry Processing triggers for desktop-file-utils (0.27-2build1) ... Processing triggers for gnome-menus (3.36.0-1.1ubuntu3) ... Processing triggers for mate-menus (1.26.1+mint1) ... Processing triggers for libc-bin (2.39-0ubuntu8.4) ... Processing triggers for mailcap (3.70+nmu1ubuntu1) ... N: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/home/brian/Desktop/balena-etcher_1.19.25_amd64.deb' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied) brian@brian-desktop:~/Desktop$
So to summarise...it installed, and it works....Beautifully !!
