Describe the bug
The insufficient balance indicator is missing if the user's wallet is not connected

To Reproduce

1. Enter app.bancor.network
2. Go to deposit
3. Make sure your wallet is not connected
4. Click on one of the pools deposit button
5. Insert amount

Expected behavior
The insufficient balance indicator and message are shown to the user
