Claimable amount on v2.1 tooltip

As a user, I would like to better understand what the Claimable amount column means.

High level

Adding a new tooltip explaining what the "Claimable amount" column means

Tooltip

• Design - The same as all our tooltips
• Behavior - Show the tooltip only when the user hovers over the "Claimable amount" column title
• Text - "Originally staked position worth after IL, deficit, and fee calculation"
