Update API3 logo and metadata

What changed? Why?

• Removed outdated logo (API3.webp)
• Uploaded new logo (Api3.png, 192x192 centered)
• Updated name, image path, and description in metadata.json

All changes are limited to static assets and metadata. No functional or layout changes.
