Newly added classes shown as "unsynced"

Description of the bug:

When I add a new file it needs to be synced even though this is not what is really required with the current Java .ijwb project structure.

What's the simplest, easiest way to reproduce this bug? Please provide a minimal example if possible.

Add a new Java class to the existing package.
