Reading macro/VBA project certificate from MS excel

Hi,
We are exploring options to read signing certificate from microsoft excel(.xlsm). This certificate is used to sign VBA project which is used in Excel to determine if macros should be enabled or not. We need to read the same certificate from java code, thats where we came across this library. So just wanted to check if this is something which can be done with help of this library?>
