Describe the bug in the current situation
When a company in Active status is imported from Colin, then the Allowable Actions work differently than the companies in the new System

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://test.business-dashboard.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/BC1196188/'
  2. Log in as Staff
  3. Under the More Actions Notice, the other types of filings are grayed out
  4. Also, the Add Staff Filling button doesn't appear.

is this still an issue @riyazuddinsyed . if so, please provide specific details around what you see as unexpected behavior with the allowable actions.
