The main Registries homepage and a few subpages have been rebuilt in Nuxt in order to have them on the latest UI framework and also improve the design/ux for mobile users (allowing us to eliminate the "don't use this site on mobile" popup).

Pages included are:

'/' (home page)
'/ppr-marketing'
'/dashboard'

The updated version is currently on the dev site and can be compared with test or prod for review.

Here's the UX review comments in Figma: https://www.figma.com/design/CODARKQviAabp5ZPgAItIO/Main-Pages?node-id=6857-361

I still need to confirm a few spec details with Janis/Scott next week. I'll provide an update once the review is complete. Thanks!
