Registration Trends
Page filters:

• Date Picker
• Sort data by area (multi-select):
  • Prov. Rules: Principal Residence, none
  • Local Rules: Business licence, none
  • Economic Region: multi-select
  • Jurisdiction: (From "jurisdiction" field in registry database)

Page charts:

• Total Registrations over time by Type (Host, Strata) - this duplicates a report on another page but I'm hoping you can click into other charts on the page to dynamically change this chart, which would be added value compared to the other page.
• Type of Space: Partial/Entire (Data field is "room in a home" currently, but prefer label says "Partial". pie chart with percentages)
• Rental Unit Type (pie chart with percentage)
  • Principal Residence, PR secondary suite, Non-principal residence
  • Principal Residence ("This unit is the host's principal residence or a room within the host's principal residence")
  • Principal Residence 2nd unit ("This unit is not the host's principal residence but it's on the same property")
  • Non-principal residence ("This unit is not on same property as host's principal residence")
• Ownership Type (pie chart with percentages)
• PR exemption reason (Strata hotel, Farm land, Fractional ownership) (pie chart with percentages)
• BL exemption reason (Over 30 days/ other) (pie chart with percentages)
• Number of registrations per host (not sure if this is hooked up yet)

Adjustments to existing tables

• Adjust "approved applications" in Highlights report to be percent approved out of total processed applications, instead of total submitted applications
