feature request : script to automate multi-cluster cpod for tanzu multi-zone

as a user, i'd like to run a script that:

• transforms an existing multi esx host single cluster cpod into a multi cluster cpod.
• cluster should be named as zones
• ideally, vsan enabled per cluster
