QA WAR - 2021, win, flaky running C#MS

I tried to run a C#MS after creating it, and got this

CSC : error CS2012: Cannot open 'C:\Users\cdhan\UnitySDK5rc3_2021\Library\BeamableEditor\GeneratedProjects\Unity.Beamable.Customer.Common\obj\Debug\net8.0\Unity.Beamable.Customer.Common.dll' for writing -- The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\cdhan\UnitySDK5rc3_2021\Library\BeamableEditor\GeneratedProjects\Unity.Beamable.Customer.Common\obj\Debug\net8.0\Unity.Beamable.Customer.Common.dll' because it is being used by another process. [C:\Users\cdhan\UnitySDK5rc3_2021\Library\BeamableEditor\GeneratedProjects\Unity.Beamable.Customer.Common\Unity.Beamable.Customer.Common.csproj]

But then I tried it again, and it worked. What gives?

I couldn't reproduce it.

Tried on a few new clean projects and an old project, but I couldn't reproduce it.

Something I noticed is that Unity takes some time to recompile after creating a new service. This means it's possible to start the service before Unity begins the recompile process. Although I didn't encounter any issues by doing this, it's only weird because Unity refreshes the Service window after recompiling.
