make library header only

currently this is still using examplar builds of static library which is completely not useful -- this really should just be header only.

Well you could look at how a number of libraries are structure -- like scope. Basically the steps would be

• remove the src directory tree and the associated cmake
• fix the test / example cmake
• any updates to the readme

That's about it off the tope of my head.
