Description
In Section 6.9 of the paper, the HTML element for the reference implementation is written as: <a href="Beman Project">https://github.com/bemanproject/cstring_view</a>. It looks like the title and URL are reversed, which is clearly incorrect. As a result, when someone clicks the link, it actually takes them to https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2025/Beman%20Project.
