METPO - growth_condition_terms

  • added world-readable to the permissions, so that it can be fetched with curl in a makefile
  • disabled AI oio:inSubset SPLIT=| in 'Category' column
  • added SPLIT=| to 'synonym' column
  • changed prefix for 'BactoTraits' column form oio to METPO
  • removed SPLIT=| from 'Parent'
  • globally replaced 'Genomic Feature' with 'GenomicFeature' in 'template' sheet
  • repair required for some CURIes and labels in Google sheet #26

  • changed all ids to use 7 digits
  • switched to hard-coded ids, not derived with a formula from the row number
  • reformulated hierarchy
  • updated repo to use new Google Sheet GID
