I've found animX really useful-- I used it recently for an open-source game jam, and I'm just about to on another one (LibreJam).

But I just realized that a license isn't specified, not in the README or any file.

Is animX open-source?

I would guess it's usable in commercial projects because their other repository of different libraries was under GNU public license, but @youngneer could answer for sure.
