Determine source paths from the classpath

The project inspect tool is naive... it's not inspecting the classpath through the repl.
Its only naively looking at the deps.edn for now.

And it should inspect the classpath.

I would just note that we are trying to support Babashka, ClojureScript and Scittle and other environments that aren't Clojure so the nRepl eval is allowed to fail and the reporting code should fail gracefully if there isn't a Clojure environment on the other end of the nREPL connection.

Understood. I'll have a think about whether we can also get cleverer about how we extract paths from deps.edn to handle those cases.

Perhaps we need some kind of configuration file which can be used to those kinds of cases (similar to how clojure-lsp infers source paths for most projects, but allows it to be configured through .lsp/config.edn if that inference isn't correct? Do we need a .clojure-mcp/config.edn or similar?

But we don't have to support the paths for those other environments yet, just fail gracefully if we can't get them.

It's probably sufficient to get the classpath and look for paths in the allowed directories...
