Remove three redirection stubs to defunct BioPerl user pages.

With the recent BioPerl.org migration and restructuring, these three
BioPerl wiki pages no longer exist, and only existed on the Biopython
wiki page as redirects. So I'm opting to remove them. See #17 and #36.
