Outlines the upcoming structural changes coming to the Wallet. The motivations cover feature upgrades as well as code cleanup and refactoring to help streamline future developments.

3.x

• feature: create_psbt
• Deprecate sign, get_signers, set_keymap, etc (aka remove signers). SignersContainer remains usable via sign_with_signers. Point users toward Psbt::sign.

4.0

• feature: Introduce Wallet<K>, a.k.a multiple keychains wallet structure
• refactor: Remove Wallet::sign
• Deprecate descriptor::policy, coin_selection, and TxBuilder; use create_psbt instead

4.1

• Initial support for BIP329 labels? Still in planning/design phase. We can provide the Rust types with serde support; users manage persistence
