Include stoparea's in the datastructure and allow to/route from stoparea's.

Add stopareas, close #136

- Add stop_areas (coordinates,names), including parser support
- Create one big string pool, where stop-point and stop-area names are stored
- Store headsigns in this new string_pool
- Map stop-point to a stoparea
