Player kill mob in claim without having trust.

Step to produce:

1. Use item have MMoitems abilities, can cause target on fire when hit (ex: fire range).
2. Go to claim don't that you dont have trust.
3. Use the ability to the mob.

The ability will not do the instanly damage, but it cause mob burn to died.

that might be an issue for greifdefender since it sounds like even vanilla fire could harm mobs. and the issue probably lies there
